JOHN A. Sr. "JACK" BENEDICT Age 84, on Wednesday, November 21, 2012, of Swissvale. Beloved husband of Fay Ruth Benedict; loving father of John Benedict, Jr. and his wife Marilynn, Mark Benedict and his friend Catherine Stone, and Tim Benedict and his wife Linda; dear grandfather of Aaron, Sara, Chris, Katie, Michael, T.J., and the late Justin; great-grandfather of Tehilla, Rachael, Rivky, Ariella, Adina, Miriam, Rena, and Aryeh; brother of Phillip "Bud" Benedict and his wife Ethel, Peter Benedict, Jr., Pearl Ann Shumar and her husband Richard, Christine Kachmarek, and the late Madelyn Lobingier and Elsie Biller; brother-in-law of Lois Jarvis; also many loving nieces and nephews.
