JOHN L. SAUNDERS JR. Age 65, on Sun., Jan. 27, 2013, of Swissvale. Beloved husband of 40 years to Jeanine (Deragon) Saunders; loving father of John L. Saunders, III, (Melissa), Jason M. Saunders, and Melinda J. Arzu (Luis); dear grandfather of Parker, Grayson Ann, Chloe and Chase; brother of Janet Mateer, William, Richard and Robert Saunders and the late Carol Saunders, and Mary Ann Renton. John served his country proudly in the Navy during the Vietnam War. Owner of the J. M. J. Construction Testing Co., also a avid golfer and a big Pitt Panther Fan. Friends received Wed. and Thurs., 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the THOMAS L. NIED FUNERAL HOME, INC., 7441 Washington St., Swissvale.
