JOHN WILLIAM MARECIC
Peacefully, on Tuesday, July 23, 2013, of Plum, formerly of Rankin and Swissvale. Beloved husband of Mildred "Mitzi" (Zamaria) Marecic; loving father of John E. Marecic and his wife, Maria of Plum Boro, and Ron Marecic and his wife, Jennifer of Irwin; proud "PA" of Max and Megan; son of the late John and Mary; brother of Raymond, Eugene, Judy, Hilda, and Jean, and the late Donald. John was the area manager of Blast Furnace Maintenance for U.S. Steel. Friends received 2-8 p.m. THURSDAY ONLY at the THOMAS L. NIED FUNERAL HOME, 7441 Washington St., Swissvale. Mass of Christian Burial in the Saint Anselm Roman Catholic Church on Friday morning at 9:30 a.m.
