Vincent Angelo D'Anna went to Heaven on November 10, 2022 after a strong fight to come back from a stroke suffered seven years ago. He was the son of Angelo Carmen D'Anna and Septitude Matilda (Prato) D'Anna. He is survived by his Son, Vincent H. D'Anna, his sister's Pauline D'Anna, Josephine Gingerich, and his former wife Kathleen Capalongo. Preceded in death by his brother, Francesco "Grem" D'Anna and Sister, Elizabeth "Liz" Ketrow. He loved life, especially spending time in Florida with his brother's children and their families. Vincent is survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and tons of friends. Vincent worked in the Alcoa Building as building maintenance for 30+ years. In his down time he enjoyed shooting pool, trips to the casino, and watching sports.

 

Friends received at the Thomas L. Nied Funeral Home Inc., 7441 Washington Street Swissvale, from 6 to 8 p.m. on November 26, 2022.  A blessing service will be held at the funeral home Saturday evening at 7:45 P.M.  www.niedfuneralhome.com
