She worked the front switchboard at the Kenmawr Apartments in Shadyside for over 20 years. She will be remembered for her sweet nature and devotion to God. She gave of herself to the Meals on Wheels program and her lengthy participation in the Word of God Legion of Mary. She loved cardinals, sunsets and spending time with her friends. She never had an unpleasant word to say. Her family was her joy and her grandchildren will always remember the fun times they spent together, especially her love of games. We are such better people for having her in our lives and so blessed for the length of time we had her with us. She loved so freely and will be missed by so many.
