Dorothy "Dot" (McMichael) Nelson

On Monday, January 3, 2022, of Blawnox, formerly of Swissvale. Wife of the late Robert T. Nelson, Sr.; loving mother of Robert (Jackie), Michael, Aileen Catone (Joseph), and William (LuAnne); dear Grandma/Nonnie of Christopher, Ryan, Tara (Bobbi), Gino, Kenley, Julianne and Mia; sister of Pat Balkovec and her late husband Joe and the late James, John, Sally, William, Mercedes, and Millie. Dot is also survived by her many nieces and nephews. Friends received 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Thursday only at the Thomas L. Nied Funeral Home, Inc., 7441 Washington Street Swissvale, PA.
