Age 79, of Swissvale, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, December 17, 2021. Beloved husband of 53 years to Stella (Patricia) McMichael Balkovec. Beloved father of the late Edward Balkovec. Son of the late Gertrude and Joseph Balkovec. Brother of Kathleen (Balkovec) Peters (Bert). Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Joe was a United States Air Force Veteran from 1962-1966.
