JOSEPHINE E. (BATTISTELLA) DAW

 

On Thursday, October 21, 2021, age 99, of Regent Square. Wife of the late David Lee Daw; loving mother of Anna Lee Mitsch of Level Green and the late David Lee Daw, Jr. and his survivng wife, Marie Daw, and Richard A. Daw; dear grandma Josie to Leah Perkins and her husband, Jeff, Justin, Megan Daw, Danielle, Joseph and Michael Mitsch; great-grandmother of London, Kaden, Cameron, Braeden, Macen, Adia, Luca, Charlie, Colton, Josephine and Harper; sister of Nancy Rossetti; sister-in-law of Charles Prill. Josie retired from the Social Security Administration and enjoyed going to daily Mass when she could. Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 pm SUNDAY ONLY at the THOMAS L. NIED FUNERAL HOME, INC., 7441 Washington St., Swissvale. Mass of Christian Burial in the St. Bernadette Roman Catholic Church on Monday at 11 am.  The family requests memorial contributions be masses said in Josephine's memory.   www.niedfuneralhome.com
