Obituary of Joseph F. Venturella

JOSEPH F. VENTURELLA Of Forest Hills, formerly of Swissvale, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, August 17, 2021. Joseph was born on February 3, 1941, to his parents, Joseph Venturella and Laura Frederick Venturella Ripper; beloved husband of 42 years to Stephanie Vucic Venturella; loving father of Keith Venturella (Katrina); brother of Sharon Venturella Batko and Jeffrey Venturella (Lorraine); brother-in-law of Valerie Smith, Evelyn Mills (Vinnie) and the late James S. Vucic; uncle to many nieces and nephews. At the age of 7, Joseph worked alongside his father until he became owner of Venturella 's Auto and State Inspection Station in 1982. He was the owner until his retirement in 2006. He passed the business down to his son, Keith, who is the third generation. Joe faithfully served his country in the United States Army. His wife, Stephanie, would like to thank L.G.A.R. Health and Rehabilitation in Turtle Creek and A.H.N. Hospice for the wonderful care Joseph received.
