age 56, on Wednesday, April 14, 2021, of Braddock Hills and Swissvale. Beloved wife of Rick Chismar; loving mother of Theresa Weyer (Adam), Nick Sherer; dear grandmother of Nicholas and Taylor; sister of Patrick J. McDonough (Chris Alt), Dennis J. McDonough (Patty), David K. McDonough (Carol), and the late Berry Lou McDonough; aunt of Melinda McDonough. Patty Ann had a great laugh, was a giving person and would make friends with anyone.
