Obituary of Stephen S Zera

On Thursday, July 5, 2012, after a brief illness with cancer, of Regent Square. Husband of 50 years of Marti Regan Zera; father of Suzanne Curry and her husband, Jeffery, of Fox Chapel, Stephen John Zera and his wife, Perrin, of Washington Twp., and the late Scott Thomas Zera; granpa of Regan Curry, Allison Zera, Maura Curry and Lindsey Zera; son of the late Stephen, Sr. and Sophie Zera; brother of the late Chester Zera. Mr. Zera retired after 35 years with the Penn Hills School District as an assistant principle-teacher. Butch loved to travel and do gardening with his wife, Marti. He was an active grandfather who loved spending time with his grandchildren and attending their school and sport s activities.
